New Direction
Hey Everyone,
We’ve decided to put a hold on doing videos for a while. This way will be able to offer more than one item a day. We’ll still shoot some footage for products that really could use the three dimensions. We’ve been contacting some of our most active customers and this is the way they’d like us to take the site. Sorry about that...we've been having issues with a spammer in our blog. We finally had it resolved...we check in daily.
So instead of going in this direction you actually backstepped and stopped putting items up on weekends now? No multiple items, and now no weekend items. I wish i had more thumbs to give you more than 2 thumbs down.

Hey Everyone,
We appreciate all the emails, comments, and blog posts. We've listened and here's what we're thinking. We'll be doing a mixture of in house product videos, manufacturer's videos (like we did with the RS Mini), some dope riding videos, and some no video days.
With regards to the multiple item days it's in the works. It may not be everyday but we'll make it obvious when it's going down. You will be able to combine shipping as well.

I must say this is really disappointing. I used to look forward to those videos every day. Not only were they often humorous, they were highly informative. Even if I had no intentions of buying the product I would just watch the video to learn about the gear. In sports that evolve so quickly like wakeboarding and snowboarding it's hard to keep up on the latest and greatest innovations and just what's hot. Please bring them back! The product description is nothing without an accompanying video. How else are the kooks gonna learn what a three stage rocker is?
As far as multiple items are concerned, who has time to check a website more than once in a day? The other sites like whiskeymilitia, steepandcheep and chainlove all do this so they can sell out faster but they usually end up doing repeats which are way lame. If you guys created an online (customer observable) inventory system this issue would kind of be solved.
Sorry to be such a hater but I don't check on steepandcheap or whiskeymilitia anymore because of all the repeats and too many products in one day is clusterfuck and annoying. They lost me as a customer but you guys still have a chance.

Thanks for the honesty. We don't think we'll go cold turkey on the videos but it seemed a little wack doing an informative video on hoodies and sunnies. We want to keep it chill and less QVC...on a funny note that's who bought and now owns all BC, steep, whiskey, and chain sites. Thanks for checking in everyday and thanks again for the feedback!

we should be able to combine shipping for 1 days worth of shopping, it would realllllly make things better value. a lot of the times i skip out on a product because of the 10 dollar shipping that comes with it...but 4 items for the same or close to same shipping would be great!

As long as you wait to make payment we'll be able to combine shipping...just give us a shout if your checkout isn't automatically combined.

Are you going to be offering all of the items at the same time or will you be rotating different products through out the day?
It will be different product throughout the day.
